These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions under which Nomad Detail Studios ("Company," "we," or "us") provides services and products to its customers ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Scope of Services
We specialize in providing protective coating services, including ceramic coatings for vehicles, agricultural, industrial, and commercial equipment. The scope of work will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided before starting any project.
2. Pricing and Payment Terms
Quotes and Pricing: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on the scope of work or additional services requested.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 30% will be required to secure your appointment.
Payments: Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of $20/day after 14days of delinquency.
3. Warranty and Guarantees
Coverage: We provide a 1 year warranty for all AUTOMOTIVE ceramic coatings installations. Manufacture warranties are subject to change based upon what coating is installed on your vehicles.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover Agricultural machines, Commercial Vehicles or Powersport offroad vehicles. Also damages caused by neglect, improper maintenance, accidents, or exposure to harsh chemicals not recommended by us.
Maintenance Requirements: To maintain the warranty, you must follow our maintenance instructions, including regular washing and avoiding abrasive cleaners. Proof of compliance may be required.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure that the equipment or vehicle is free of personal belongings before service.
Follow all care and maintenance guidelines provided after the service is completed.
Notify us immediately of any concerns or issues with the service within 30days. After 30days from the day of completion, results of services rendered are final.
5. Liability Limitations
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or fading anywhere on the vehicle and/or assets scheduled for service.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, products required processes or work to complete any service we offer or are asked to do.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 2 days in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $75.
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 2 days in advance. We will accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the jurisdiction of McLean County, IL. Both parties agree to share the costs of mediation or arbitration equally.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
